What successful company did actor Arvind Swamy start after taking a break from movies?

In 1991, Mani Ratnam's Thalapathi marked Arvind Swamy's début in the Indian cinema. His promising career began with the film's critical and commercial success, in which he played the role of Arjuna from the Mahabharata.

He went on to give legendary performances in Bombay (1995) and Roja (1992), both of which were pan-India hits and solidified his fame. With Kajol, he demonstrated even more variety in the 1997 National Award-winning Minsaara Kanavu.

However, Swamy stopped appearing in movies around 2000 after a number of unsuccessful movies in the late 1990s. He managed his family business during this time off before starting Talent Maximus, a payroll and staffing solutions company, in 2005. It developed into a prosperous business under his direction, bringing in ₹3,300 crore ($418M) by 2022.

Arvind Swamy's transformation from well-known actor to prosperous businessman is the proof of perseverance and creativity.
