Which actors reached the Burj Khalifa summit?

Both Will Smith and Tom Cruise have seen the stunning vista from the summit of Dubai's Burj Khalifa, the world's tallest skyscraper. In 2010, when filming Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol, Tom Cruise successfully performed a risky action on the outside of the building. His daring ascent up the building's side became become one of the action movie franchise's most recognizable scenes. 

Will Smith, an actor, stood top of the Burj Khalifa years later, but for a very different purpose. As part of a personal goal for his YouTube series, Best Shape of My Life, he reached the peak in 2021. Smith's ascent represented breaking boundaries in his life at 50 and was a bucket list experience. Both performers shown bravery and a love of heights on the largest man-made building in the world, while having different objectives.
